Betsy Bell, born before WWII in New York City, spent her formative years in the Jim Crow town of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
She lives in Seattle. Twice widowed, she is surrounded by a large family and many friends.
Betsy believes in the power of ordinary citizens to create a positive, inclusive and just society, and in the power of story to discover a life well-lived.
